Hey, MML fans, Dragon here to let you know that I am back. After a lengthy sabbatical from the business, I have put the previous project on the back burner to write an album of a different color. In addition to the traditional MML sound, if a bit heavier and more aggressive, I have added a distinct symphonic metal element as well. I will update as things progress. Sorry this has taken so long to get back on the wagon. It will be worth the wait though. You will not want to miss this.

Well, just about a year has gone by and not much in the way of recording has gotten done. On the bright side, a large amount of new material has been written. No fear MML fans, we will be back on the scene and ready to put out a new album before you know it. Material for subsequent recordings are near to ready as well. Now all we need is time and money...the story of our lives.

Oh how I love it when a plan falls apart!! It makes me feel like everything is normal again. MML has had a bit of a set back. I have met with some new musicians that will help MML re-record the new album from scratch with all live instruments and a bit of each one's own personality. Suffice it to say none of my previous goals are going to be met on time. I will keep everyone updated as to how this new development pans out.

Just to check in with everyone, Davnton Studio's has changed locations and we are set up and ready to continue recording. MML has put out a Facebook site and I have my personal site up as well. I want to thank David Addison for sticking with me through all of the trouble we have been having. I promise the wait will be worth it in the end. The songs so far a turning out great. Good New year to you all!! True to the bands name, Mourn My Luck has had some recording set backs. The new album "Hell to Pay" is creeping along and some material has had to be re recorded. But as they say All good things come to those who wait. MML will be back, hard at work to bring the fans some new and great stuff. Hope to see you all soon.

After some unexpected downtime we are back in the studio working out the rewrites. Between studio schedules and personal schedules for both Dave and myself we will not be able to hold to the Oct. 31st deadline. We are now looking at a summer '09 release. We have two full songs recorded, music for three more songs recorded and a couple of intros recorded. We may post a couple of Demo versions soon to get your musical mouths watering. Hopefully we will be able to make up for some lost time. Musically things are sounding incredible. Dave has been invaluable in getting just the right sound for these songs. As we get more done I will post our progress.

New promo pix will be up soon. I just finished the photo shoot with "Mortal Fate" Graphic Artist, Christina Silliman. The album is moving slow due to the holidays and very busy schedules for both studio and musicians alike. New stuff will be added to the website soon so check back and see whats new. Plus new merchandise will be available soon too!!!
